Cylinder kit – Polini Sport 50ccm

The Polini Sport 50cc cylinder kit is of the same high quality and durability as its big brother – but of course with slightly lower power. Unlike many other 50cc cylinder kits, this is not just one exhaust port, but one large and two small ones. This gives a very wide working range and a good bottom pull. The cylinder is made of cast iron, so we recommend a mileage of around 200km. An NGK BR8ES spark plug must be used for this cylinder. The kit comes complete with gaskets, piston rings etc.

Note: The cylinder has a raised edge over which the cylinder head must be mounted. It is therefore important to ensure that the cylinder head is mounted straight and level, and that it is cross-tightened with care to avoid mounting damage.
