Stage6 has a racing-focused division called Stage R/T and they’ve taken free rein to create this hyper-racing 95cc cylinder kit that not only delivers record-breaking performance, but also a beautiful design. This hefty 95cc version obviously offers even more power and even more raw power than its 70cc little brother.

In terms of performance, this Stage6 R/T kit is absolutely top class within its size, and Stage6 believes that 30 HP is definitely achievable with the right setup and tuning and can announce that the kit is also excellently efficient in terms of cooling, and this is due in part to the cylinder head, which has a special cooling system.The cylinder head has cooling pockets for each mounting bolt, which effectively reduces the risk of hotspotting the bolts and piston. The stage is set for pure performance in abundance.

Like its 70cc little brother, this Stage6 R/T kit is special because of the included CNC-milled adapter that is the mounting base for the cylinder, eliminating the need for through stud bolts and because Stage6 R/T has succeeded in designing the kit sothey have been able to utilize more of the cylinder’s cargo for larger scavenging channels and exhaust ports that significantly boost performance compared to traditional kits in the same cubic class. The innovative mounting base seals with a Viton O-ring, and thanks to the clever design, Stage6 R/T has made it possible to service the piston without having to remove the mounting base. This makes life with this Stage6 R/T cylinder kit considerably easier.

Crankcase modification and recommended setup

The special design and alluring performance unfortunately does not come without conditions. The Stage6 R/T 95cc cylinder kit requires the crankcase to be milled larger to make room for the cylinder, but don’t worry, Stage6 R/T includes detailed instructions to guide you through the process.

Stage6 recommends the following setup:

• 80/90cc exhaust, such as Voca Cross Carbon Racing 80/90cc
• 44mm stroke crank, such as Stage6 R/T (44mm stroke)
• 34mm carburetor, such as Stage6 34mm R/T
