Description
Speed limiter with remote control
Smart little limiter which is easily and simply connected to the scooter – and which can be activated remotely!
One press and your machine will be limited to the selected RPM.
A speed limiter also goes by the name Politiværn as it can be used to prevent the scooter’s true performance from being revealed. It is therefore possible to make the scooter appear slower than it actually is. This in no way helps to make a scooter legal if it wasn’t already.
What does a speed limiter do?
A speed limiter (police guard) is a small box that is fitted to limit the revolutions of a given engine. A speed limiter is also called a police guard in the scooter context. The purpose is to make an engine work within the legislation, so that it does not produce more than the permitted maximum values.
